Required Bachelor Degree:
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a Bachelor of Science in a relevant subject from a regionally accredited school is required.
RN:
Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license (must be obtained in Indiana, Kentucky, and Illinois prior to clinical rotations) is required.
Critical Care:
Within the last two years, the full-time experience of two years of ICU with employer proof is required.
Shadow:
You will be required to have two occasions of shadowing with a CRNA or an MD (Physician) with verification forms.
GPA:
Grade Point Average and science GPA of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale are required.
GRE scores:
The Graduate Record Exam (GRE) is required.
English Language Proficiency:
A standard score on the TOEFL is required for international applicants.

- BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- CCRN (Certified Critical Care Nurse) – mandatory

Course in Statistics (essential) along with other science subjects like Basic Chemistry, Anatomy and Physiology, Biology, Microbiology with lab.
