I am interested in applying for a CRNA program. My main concern is my GPA. I understand that the minimum is a 3.0 for applicants, however my undergraduate GPA is a 2.996. Will this be considered as a 3.0 or will it be considered below the requirement?

I’d retake a few classes before you apply

There’s a cut off point for a reason, and yeah, your GPA is below the line. Even if your GPA were 3.001, you may not be competitive enough at most schools.
If you are a really impressive applicant in other ways, go ahead and apply to some of these schools.
However, if you’re low in other areas as well, you really need to retake some of the science classes (anything you got less than a B in), then apply to schools that are not ranked in the top 20.
Though I’ve answered your surface question, there’s so much more that goes into applicant selection. Read this article as well
