Pick the CRNA School that's the best fit for your family

If you have a CRNA Program in mind but don't know all the details about their program, call them up and get your questions answered.

The best school?.....pick the school/program that would be best for you and your family. I picked an in-state school (I felt as If I deserved that in-state tuition);

I picked a school that does their clinicals in facilities close to the school (I did not want to drive 5-6hrs and stay in a hotel in order to do my clinicals)..so look at the schools clinical sites.

Look at how the schools program is set up (front loaded or integrated)...although this shouldn't be a major factor.

Look at attrition rates, % pass rate on certification exam.

Look at the school's class specific requirements (orgranic chem. or statistics)...find the program that fits you.

You can look at the top ranked crna programs but remember that programs are ranked by subjective data only (as far as I know, there isn't any hard data factored into the ranking system)...in fact, some schools will admit that they are unsure of how they were ranked in the first place.
