Bachelor Degree Requirements for CRNA SchoolNurse anesthesia programs always require a bachelor's degree, but they don't always insist that you majored in nursing. Some crna schools will accept applicants with an ADN (Associate Degree in Nursing) as long as they have a Bachelor of Science degree in a related field, such as biology or chemistry. This is an important distinction, because if you want to become a CRNA and don't already have your BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing), you could save yourself an entire year in school and several thousand dollars just by applying to the right crna schools!
